Policies
RePlenish mirrors the same rules that merchants and affiliate networks already use to determine when a transaction is eligible for commission. Rewards are only issued on valid, approved orders. If a commission is reversed, the associated reward may be adjusted accordingly.
These policies ensure that merchants, users, and token partners stay aligned and that rewards reflect real, completed sales.
Commission Eligibility
A transaction is eligible for rewards when:
The order is successfully tracked through an approved affiliate network.
The merchant confirms the order as valid and non-fraudulent.
The commission remains approved and is not later reversed by the merchant or network.
Only transactions with a valid, final commission can generate a reward.
Returns and Cancellations
If an order is cancelled or returned (fully or partially):
The merchant may reverse or reduce the commission amount.
ROSE will automatically adjust the associated reward entitlement to match the updated commission.
In the case of partial returns, the reward is recalculated proportionally based on the kept portion of the order.
Users are never put into debt; adjustments simply apply to their internal reward balance and may reduce future rewards.
Coupons, Discounts, and Affiliate Conflicts
Merchants and affiliate networks may restrict certain coupons or discount sources. A purchase may become ineligible for rewards if:
An unauthorized coupon or promotion code is used.
Another affiliate or partner is credited for the same transaction.
The order violates the merchant’s affiliate program rules.
If the commission is denied or re-attributed for any of these reasons, the related reward will not be issued or may be adjusted.
Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Violations
Merchants and networks may mark transactions as invalid in cases of:
Payment fraud or chargebacks
Excessive returns or abuse of return policies
Suspicious or automated purchase behavior
Violation of store terms or geographic restrictions
When a commission is reversed for these reasons, ROSE updates the reward entitlement to keep the system fair and aligned with merchant decisions.
Data, Privacy, and Alignment
RePlenish does not change how merchants track or approve transactions. All eligibility decisions ultimately follow:
The merchant’s own terms of sale
The affiliate network’s program rules
RePlenish uses these decisions as the single source of truth for rewards. We do not share personally identifiable purchase data with token partners; any insights provided are aggregated and privacy-preserving.
Disclaimer
This Merchant Policies page is intended to describe how rewards interact with merchant and affiliate program rules. It does not replace the merchant’s own terms and conditions or the affiliate network’s policies, which always take precedence in determining commission eligibility.
