Terms of Service
Overview
RePlenish provides users with the ability to earn cryptocurrency rewards for eligible online purchases made through approved merchants. Rewards are funded through standard affiliate commissions and optional token partner incentives. By using RePlenish, users agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge that reward eligibility is determined by merchant and affiliate network policies.
Eligibility
To use RePlenish, users must:
Be at least 18 years old
Live in a region where RePlenish operates
Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
Agree not to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity
RePlenish reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms.
How Rewards Work
Rewards are generated when a user completes a purchase at a qualifying merchant using RePlenish tracking. A reward is considered pending until the merchant confirms the commission.
Reward Types
Base Rewards: Funded by merchant affiliate commissions
Boosted Rewards: Additional rewards funded by Token Partners
User-Selected Rewards: Users may choose the cryptocurrency in which they wish to receive their reward
Rewards are delivered instantly whenever technically possible, but remain subject to merchant approval, returns, cancellations, and fraud checks.
Reward Adjustments
Reward amounts may be adjusted if:
A merchant reverses or reduces the commission
An order is cancelled or returned (full or partial)
An affiliate conflict occurs (another affiliate is credited)
Unauthorized coupon or discount codes invalidate commission
The transaction is flagged for fraud or policy violation
RePlenish does not remove tokens from a user’s self-custody wallet. Adjustments apply only to the user’s internal reward entitlement balance, which may reduce future rewards until the balance is even.
Wallets and Custody
RePlenish may provide users with a custodial or semi-custodial wallet for reward settlement. Users may transfer their tokens to self-custody at any time, subject to network fees and supported blockchain networks.
RePlenish is not responsible for:
Lost private keys for external wallets
Failed transfers due to incorrect addresses
Blockchain network delays or congestion
Merchant & Affiliate Policies
Reward eligibility is ultimately determined by merchants and affiliate networks. RePlenish follows their reporting as the source of truth.
Merchants may invalidate or reverse commissions due to:
Order cancellations or returns
Payment disputes or chargebacks
Coupon misuse
Fraudulent behavior
Tracking conflicts
RePlenish is not liable for merchant decisions that impact reward eligibility.
Token Partner Programs
Token Partners may fund Boost Pools that provide enhanced reward rates in their native token. Boosted rewards are distributed only when users choose the boosted token during redemption.
RePlenish does not guarantee:
Token price stability
Availability of boosted rewards
The future value or utility of partner tokens
Partners may modify or pause boosts at any time.
Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in:
Excessive or strategic return behavior
Multi-account manipulation
Use of bots, automation, or artificial browsing
Unauthorized coupon stacking
VPN or location spoofing to bypass availability
Attempts to interfere with tracking or commission attribution
RePlenish may suspend accounts or withhold rewards if prohibited activity is detected.
Limitation of Liability
RePlenish is not responsible for:
Merchant pricing changes
Order fulfillment defects
Affiliate network errors
Delayed or reversed commissions
Loss of value in cryptocurrency rewards
Third-party integrations or outages
Users accept that rewards are contingent on merchant and network reporting, which may change after the purchase.
Modification of Services
RePlenish may modify, pause, or discontinue any feature, including:
Reward rates
Merchant availability
Token options
Boost programs
Wallet functionality
Changes may occur without prior notice.
Termination
RePlenish may suspend or terminate a user’s account if:
Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
Terms of Service are violated
Required information is not provided
Activity poses risk to the platform or partners
Remaining valid rewards may still be claimable unless prohibited by merchant or network rules.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RePlenish operates. Disputes will be handled under applicable regional legal frameworks.
