Overview

RePlenish connects shoppers to thousands of online merchants through established affiliate networks. When a user shops through RePlenish, the purchase is tracked the same way traditional cashback platforms operate.

No direct API integration with RePlenish is required. All tracking and commission settlement continue to run through the affiliate network, and RePlenish simply converts those approved commissions into instant on-chain rewards.

This model allows RePlenish to support large retailers and small emerging brands without requiring any technical work, contracts, or onboarding from the merchant side. Merchants simply continue their existing affiliate operations while benefiting from new visibility among Web3-native shoppers.

How It Works

Merchant commissions are core to how RePlenish generates base rewards. The flow follows standard affiliate economics:

1. User Shops Normally

The user visits a supported merchant through the RePlenish extension or app. The tracking network records the referral at checkout.

2. Merchant Pays an Affiliate Commission

Once the order is confirmed and validated by the merchant, they pay a predefined commission rate (e.g., 3%, 5%, or a fixed dollar amount) to the affiliate network.

3. ROSE Converts Commission Into Rewards

Our Reward Orchestration & Settlement Engine (ROSE) receives the commission signal and:

  • Confirms attribution

  • Calculates the eligible reward amount

  • Converts the commission into the user’s selected cryptocurrency

  • Applies boosted token rewards if the user chooses a partnered token

4. Instant On-Chain Reward Settlement

Users receive their reward instantly in the currency they selected—USDT, ETH, Partner Token etc...

Tokens offering cashback boosts are solely funded by token partners, not merchants. Merchants only pay their normal affiliate commission and incur no added cost due to boosts.

5. Alignment With Existing Merchant Rules

RePlenish follows the same policies merchants already enforce in affiliate programs:

  • Invalid orders → no commission

  • Returns/cancellations → reversed commission

  • Disallowed coupon usage → voided commission

  • Fraud reviews → commission reversal

When a commission is reversed, ROSE automatically adjusts the associated reward accordingly.
